In a few words

It is in the heart of the Vanoise National Park that we invite you to immerse yourself in order to reconnect with the winter mountains and with yourself.

Before your arrival , three remote sophrology sessions will prepare you for this interlude.

The three days on site alternate between guided moments and independent exploration: a yoga session, a Pilates session, and three snowshoeing or hiking routes of your choice via your personalized road book.

Two brunches will punctuate your stay: local produce, fresh pastries, mountain cheeses, and hot drinks. Accommodation is in a wooden chalet at the Huttopia campsite in Bozel-en-Vanoise.

This stay is not a collection of activities – it's an invitation to forge your own path, guided but free. The vibrant energy of the Vanoise region will do the rest.

The highlights

  • Complete transformation: Snowshoeing, Yoga, Pilates and personalized coaching
  • Smart slow travel: 2 nights in a chalet, a star-shaped itinerary, a true digital detox guaranteed

As a state-certified mountain guide deeply rooted in the Courchevel/Vanoise region, I offer you a different way to discover the mountains - between controlled adventure and moments of pure reconnection.

Through my extensive training in sports, health, and well-being (yoga, Pilates, sophrology, flower essences), I have developed a unique approach that combines movement in the mountains with body care. I gently guide you, at your own pace, so that each outing is a true breath of fresh air.

My intimate knowledge of winter terrain – snow cover, snow quality, risk assessment – allows me to offer you a perfectly safe adventure. You enjoy the beauty of the surroundings while I keep a watchful eye on everything.

Before and after your excursions, enjoy tailored yoga and Pilates sessions. Targeted stretching, altitude-appropriate breathing techniques, and gentle recovery: your body remains ready throughout your stay. No aches and pains to spoil the fun, just lasting well-being.

I share my favorite spots, my interpretation of the area, and my observations of winter nature. Each outing becomes an immersion where you learn to feel the mountains.

This trip is my vision of winter: a gentle yet authentic adventure, where exertion blends with cozy comfort. You leave transformed, not exhausted.

Management

Security

Your safety and trust are my top priority.

This semi-autonomous stay is designed to gently guide you towards your first winter adventure.

Systematic morning accompaniment

Every morning, we have a quick check-in: the day's route, snow conditions, the weather, and most importantly, how you're feeling. I adapt completely to your needs. Feeling tired? We adjust. Want to push yourself a little harder? Let's go. The route is built with you, not against you.

Tools designed for your success

Your personalized road book is carefully designed: easy to read, with clear visual cues and very clear signage. My intimate knowledge of the terrain allows me to provide you with all the important details you need to proceed with peace of mind. You have everything you need to confidently chart your course.

A permanent safety net

I'm always available. Any doubts? Any hesitations? Just give me a call. I promise I won't abandon you. Like a coach who believes in you, I'm here to encourage you when your mind falters and reassure you when doubt creeps in. You never truly move forward alone, even when you're working independently.

You can do it

This first semi-autonomous adventure is your challenge, but you are perfectly prepared to succeed. I give you all the tools and all the confidence you need. You progress at your own pace, safely, with the pride of having dared.

Arrival between 10am and 1pm at your convenience

Meet at the chalet to get acquainted and set the stage for your stay. We'll take some time together to review the three sophrology sessions you've already completed in preparation (your mind is ready!), the schedule for the coming days, and all the practical details. You'll drop off your belongings and pick up your snowshoes.

    First self-guided walk: La Rosière

Head to the magical site of La Rosière for your first outing on snowshoes or on foot, depending on snow and weather conditions.

In winter, La Rosière transforms into a cottony, silent world. The frozen lake sleeps beneath the snow, the frosted spruces create ghostly silhouettes, and the calm is absolute. You move through a landscape reminiscent of the Canadian Far North, where only the crunch of your footsteps in the snow breaks the silence. The vast white expanse envelops you; you are already elsewhere, already reconnected.

This first contact with the winter mountain is done gently, at your own pace, to tame the terrain and let the scenery work its magic.

Back to the chalet for a recovery yoga session

In the late afternoon, we meet for our first gentle yoga session. Targeted stretches, mindful breathing, and tension release. Your body adapts to the altitude and integrates this first day in the mountains. You've arrived, you feel good.
