Behind @aoulipilates, that's me, Ascelle Lou.
A whole life spent moving, being active, running, swimming, exploring the world… Always ready to try new things, discover new horizons and push my limits.
Over the years, Pilates has become my passion. I have taken courses all over the world, fueled by the desire to teach a practice that transforms the body and mind.
Alongside Ascelle, it's me, Noémie, who will guide you aboard my vans and share my best addresses in the southwest between 2 pilates sessions.

Hossegor, or the surfing capital of Europe! A must-see city to visit for its small designer boutiques, its original places, the charm of its Basque-Landes style houses and its mythical waves.
Wednesday's program:
- Van collection in Dax
- Setting up camp and first Pilates session: Aloha Pilates (gentle session to lay the basics: breathing, alignment, activation)
- Welcome restaurant included
- First night
Thursday's program:
- Breakfast
- Morning: Core Flow (dynamic core strengthening, overall reinforcement)
- Walk around the Pédebert industrial zone and lunch on the beach
- Hossegor Lake: Stretch & Mobility (deep stretches, hip opening)
- Aperitifs around Hossegor Lake
- Evening at Mr. Seagull's (not included)
Days 1 to 2 -
Days 3 & 4: Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz & Guéthary

- Santocha Beach: Booty Power (targeted glute/leg workout to improve walking and running power)
- Free afternoon - Visit to Bayonne, Biarritz & Saint Jean de Luz
- Pilates session: Sunset Flow (a gentler session focused on recovery)
- Sunset & dinner in a hidden restaurant
Saturday's program:
- Signature class @aoulipilates (a mix of precision, challenge and fluidity with a good dose of energy)
- Rhune hike (optional)
- Free afternoon
- Sunset Flow (a gentler, recovery-focused session) at the end of the day, at sunset.
- Restaurant facing the ocean in Guéthary
- End-of-stay party in a hidden bar (secret spot)
Days 3 to 4 -
Day 5: Bidart & return to Dax

We start the day gently with an outdoor morning Pilates session. Then it's off to Bidart, before returning to Dax for a moment of pure relaxation: immersion in the city's famous thermal baths, between warm waters, beneficial treatments and a soothing atmosphere… the perfect opportunity to release all tension before heading home.
Sunday's program:
- Sunrise Flow (energizing session with a small challenge to conclude the retreat)
- Visit to Bidart
- Back to Dax
- Thermal baths at the Splendid in Dax (optional)

Note
Discover van life in a group, practice Pilates facing the ocean or in the heart of a pine forest, meet up and chat over a glass of wine, and above all… take your time. Time to breathe, to refocus, to laugh, to share, and to experience an extraordinary moment, in all its simplicity.

Departure is from the agency, located a 1-minute walk from the Dax TGV train station in the Landes region. The departure time remains flexible depending on your train's arrival time.
