Padel training camp in Madrid

After breakfast at the hotel, you'll travel to your club via an organized transfer. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our team and receive your welcome pack . The morning begins with a 2.5-hour lesson, including a warm-up, a skill assessment, and initial technical exercises based on our experts' methodology. This day focuses on coordination and defense , the fundamentals of padel.

After lunch at the club, you continue the afternoon with a 1.5-hour coached match , where our instructors provide you with personalized tactical advice in a real-life situation.

At the end of the day, around 5pm (time can be adjusted), your shuttle will take you back to the hotel to enjoy a free evening .

This second day allows you to consolidate your coordination and defensive skills , complementing the exercises begun the previous day.

After lunch at the club, you'll participate in a 1.5-hour coached match , a tactical exercise led by our instructors, who will refine your game strategies. In the late afternoon, around 5 pm (time can be adjusted), your shuttle will take you back to the hotel for a free evening .

Next, you participate in a 1.5-hour coached match , where our teachers guide you with precise tactical advice.

Around 1:30 pm (time may vary), your shuttle will take you back to the hotel. You can then enjoy a free afternoon to relax or explore the available options, such as a recovery massage , a guided tour of Madrid, etc.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will return to the club to continue your training. The morning will be dedicated to 2 hours of lessons focused on attacking play and handling high balls , with specific work on bandejas , viboras and smashes , according to the methodology of our experts.

After lunch at the club, the afternoon offers you a unique opportunity to participate in a 1.5-hour free match with local players, promoting exchange and competition in a friendly setting.

At the end of the day, around 5pm (time can be adjusted), your shuttle will take you back to the hotel, where you can enjoy a free evening .

At the end of your lessons, your shuttle will take you back to the hotel or the airport, depending on your departure time. Depending on your schedule, you can choose to have lunch at the club and/or additional padel sessions , such as a private lesson or a match.
