Day 1 -
First day of intensive training

First day of immersion in the world of Madrid padel.
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to your club to begin your training.
We will welcome you on site and give you your welcome pack.
The morning program includes 3 hours of instruction for a warm-up, followed by an assessment of your level.
You will begin technical work according to the methodology put in place by our experts.
On this first day, the work is focused on coordinating your movements and defense, the basics of padel.
After your lunch at the club, our teachers will provide you with tactical advice during a practical exercise in the form of a 1.5-hour coached match.
Around 5pm (time may vary slightly), your shuttle will take you back to the hotel and you will enjoy a free evening.

Second day of intensive training

Second day of immersion in the world of Madrid padel.
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to your club to continue your training.
You will play a free match against local players of your level and will receive advice from our coaching team during changeovers.
After your lunch at the club, 3 hours of lessons are scheduled in the afternoon for technical work according to the methodology put in place by our experts.
On this second day, the work focuses on managing the walls, the transition phases and the conditioned game.
At 6:00 PM (time may vary slightly), your shuttle will take you to the hotel and you will enjoy a free evening.
Day 3 -
Third day of intensive training

Third and final day of immersion in the world of Madrid padel.
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to your club to continue your training.
Three hours of instruction are scheduled for the morning, focusing on technical work according to the methodology implemented by our experts.
On this third day, the work is focused on attacking play and managing high balls ( bandejas, viboras, smashes ).
After classes, your shuttle will take you to the hotel or the airport depending on your departure time.
Depending on this schedule, it will be possible to take optional lunch at the club and/or additional padel sessions ( individual lesson or match ).
Day 4
Note
The program may be slightly modified depending on the sporting requirements of our coaches, but in no case will the volume of padel be affected! The camp is guaranteed regardless of the weather (transfer to another club or switching from outdoor to indoor courts).
Transfers will not be provided for arrivals between 00:00 and 07:00 local time.
