For technical reasons, the order of visits may be modified without affecting the flow of the program. Activities may take place in the morning or afternoon, day or night, bearing in mind that the polar winter significantly reduces daylight hours.

The duration of an activity includes: departure from the hotel, briefing, equipment, the activity and return to the hotel.
Meals are served according to the Swedish way of life, namely: a hearty breakfast, a light lunch and a hearty dinner.
Excursions are subject to weather conditions for safety reasons. We will not be able to guarantee the departure of activities if the temperature drops below -25°C.
Snowshoeing is not recommended for children under 7 years old.
Access to the SPA is not permitted for children under 16 years of age.
Snowmobile deductible: 15,000 SEK
Optional excess waiver: €35 per person
Children will be able to be passengers on the snowmobile from the moment they are of the required height (their feet must touch the snowmobile).
Young children who are not tall enough will be placed on a sled at the back of the snowmobile.

In Sweden, as in the rest of Scandinavia, double rooms generally consist of two single beds pushed together side by side, each equipped with an individual duvet.
