    The meeting point is at 9:00 AM in Chamonix, the starting point for this high-mountain immersion. After introductions with the guide and the rest of the group, we'll take a bus (approximately 30 minutes) to the Tour parking lot. From Le Tour, we'll take a cable car to Charamillon, where we'll begin our hike towards the Albert 1er refuge, perched at 2,702 meters altitude, in the Tour glacier area.


    The ascent is gradual, following an accessible and well-marked mountain trail. As you climb, the landscape opens up to reveal the peaks of the Mont Blanc massif. A picnic break is planned along the way to recharge and fully enjoy the alpine surroundings.


    Upon arrival at the refuge, it's time for the first technical lessons. The guide presents the equipment used in mountaineering and assists each participant with the essential techniques: roping up, putting on crampons, handling an ice axe, and understanding the basics of safe progression. This initial practical experience allows participants to build confidence before tackling the glacier routes of the following days.


    The day ends with a meal at the refuge, in the convivial atmosphere typical of mountain evenings. Night spent in a dormitory, in the heart of a spectacular mineral and glacial landscape.
