Evening arrival at the Hotel Le Patio in Théoule-sur-Mer. Welcome, program presentation, and bike introductions over drinks. If you've opted for e-MTB rental, adjustments will be made this evening so you're ready for the next morning. Each day is planned in advance: routes are studied, breaks are anticipated, nothing is left to chance. First night overlooking the Mediterranean; tomorrow, the Esterel mountains await.

From Le Patio, the trails and paths of the Estérel massif open up in every direction. The program is structured and the routes carefully prepared; depending on the group's energy level, the direction is chosen. Summits, trails lost in the maquis, panoramic roads overlooking the sea. The Estérel is generous; every turn reveals a new vista. A stop at the bakery is a must—it's a signature experience. Return to Le Patio in the late afternoon.

Day two in the mountains. Two days under our belts, the terrain is starting to take shape. Several options are planned depending on the group's fitness level—the heights and their breathtaking panoramas, the trails leading down to the coast and its wild coves, or both. In any case, the day is structured, and breaks are scheduled. Return to the Patio in the late afternoon.

For over three decades, our family has welcomed guests to Théoule-sur-Mer, in the peaceful Miramar district. Hotel Le Patio is not located in the town center, but just 3 km away, a 10-minute drive. While arriving by car is ideal, the hotel is easily accessible thanks to direct buses from Cannes and a free shuttle service provided by the town hall. Just a 10-minute walk away, you'll find Figueirette Beach, perfect for relaxing by the sea.
