Following the Scandibérique and EuroVelo 3 routes, forests and castles gradually give way to the landscapes of Picardy, Compiègne, Cambrai, and then Lille, with its Flemish heritage and culinary culture.

    Paris awakens, and so does your adventure! Follow the Scandibérique route from the capital, passing along the Ourcq Canal and through the Parc de la Villette. As the kilometers unfold, buildings and boulevards gradually give way to a much greener landscape.

    Halfway along the route, the Poudrerie forest park offers a lovely respite for a picnic or simply to relax. Then it's on to Ermenonville, where the castle, ponds, and Jean-Jacques Rousseau park create an almost romantic arrival. It's hard to believe that Paris is only a few hours away by bike.
