You then set off to explore Cap d'Agde , following the cliffs and their exceptional panoramas, before crossing the town center, a blend of Mediterranean atmosphere and refined lifestyle. Next, head to Agde , a town steeped in history, where you will be captivated by the Saint-Étienne Cathedral , built from volcanic stone, a unique testament to the region's past.

The discovery continues with a visit to Château Laurens , a jewel of southern Art Nouveau built around 1900. A surprising and inspiring place, blending architectural elegance with artistic influences from elsewhere.

The route then takes you to Grau d'Agde , still within the municipality of Agde. There you will discover the old bunkers , fascinating historical remains, before enjoying the fine sandy beaches , breathing in the sea air and admiring the Mediterranean landscapes.

After walking along the magnificent beaches of Grau d'Agde, return to the Thalacap residence, where a moment of sharing and relaxation awaits you: a friendly debriefing over a refreshing drink and delicious appetizers.

Upon arrival, explore Pointe Courte , the most authentic district of Sète. Between its picturesque streets and lively quays, you will feel the Italian atmosphere that gives this city its charm, nicknamed “the little Venice of the Mediterranean” .

On the way back, walk along the magnificent Thau lagoon , famous for its oyster beds.

The picnic , planned in a calm setting overlooking the pond, offers you a perfect moment of relaxation to savor local cuisine and enjoy the exceptional natural surroundings.

After this day rich in culture, landscapes and flavors , return to the residence to conclude an unforgettable experience.

The day begins at the residence with a friendly breakfast shared with the group. After this delicious and convivial moment, everything is ready for your sporting outing: suits, booties and gloves are brought directly to your room, so you can get equipped in comfort.

You then leave the residence on foot to reach the Môle beach . Throughout the walk, our certified coastal walking coach will offer you short warm-up exercises to prepare your body and the pace of your session.

Once on the beach, a final warm-up is conducted, with explanations of the steps and arm coordination , before entering the water. The session takes place in waist-deep water for a maximum of 40 to 45 minutes, in a safe and accessible environment. Coastal walking is an easy, fun sport suitable for all levels , combining well-being and muscle strengthening.

As you exit the water, we'll be there to greet you, provide you with a change of clothes to keep you warm, and a revitalizing hot drink to restore your energy. The walk back takes you to the residence, where a relaxing hot shower awaits you to round off this sporting experience in complete tranquility.

The stay ends in the afternoon at 3pm.
