I'm a jack-of-all-trades, whether professionally or in my hobbies; I love to broaden my horizons. I've gone from marketing to web development, then from development to managing technical support, and finally ended up as an IT Project Manager!
My passions are the same; I've tried multiple sports: football, tennis, handball, karate, running, cross fit, and of course yoga.
I am a graduate of the French Federation of Green Yoga, which offers a style of yoga blending the alignment of Iyengar yoga with the dynamism of Vinyasa. Subsequently, I also trained in anatomy, breathing techniques, and Yin Yoga at Punky Yoga School.

Check-in is from 5 pm at the gîte in Noyal-Muzillac. The stay begins gently with a first yoga session scheduled for 6 pm. At 7:30 pm, dinner is served: a warm and welcoming opportunity to get to know the other participants in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The day begins with a full breakfast , followed by a moment of refocusing through a meditation practice.
Late morning, you will participate in a first yoga session , adapted to the rhythm of the day.
After lunch, we'll go for a walk of about ten kilometers to get some fresh air.
In the late afternoon, a second yoga class will allow you to extend the benefits of the day, before enjoying dinner at 8 p.m. in a serene atmosphere.

Starting at 8:30 am , you'll begin your day with a hearty breakfast to fuel your energy. At 9:45 am , a meditation session invites you to reconnect with yourself, followed by a final yoga class to gently conclude your stay.
After lunch, you will set off for a walk of approximately 7km, in order to extend the benefits of the stay before returning.
