The expert's opinion

A flexible itinerary, except for the second day.

A challenge tailored to individual needs, then…

The compulsory part of the first day remains fairly easy for this type of route, but with the option of the little Pimené, we move to a higher level of difficulty.

The second day, however, cannot be shortened. A steep and challenging climb, but with no descent.

Finally, if fatigue sets in, you can choose not to climb to the summit of Taillon on the third day, which allows you to conserve your energy.

In short, between intermediate and difficult, the choice is yours individually!

Technically, you will generally be following good mountain paths, however the Sarradets ladder and the climb to Taillon are on steep terrain where you will sometimes use your hands during short, easy climbs.

There are a few aerial sections on day 2 and day 3, but nothing insurmountable with your guide and motivation.
