You can then take a short night walk at your leisure towards the Pelvoux-Vallouise resort to admire the starry sky of the Hautes-Alpes.

Two days of total immersion in the secret world of the wolf and wildlife, in the heart of the Écrins. Each day alternates between snowshoe hikes, nature observations and convivial moments in a warm gîte.
From the first day, you meet your guide and put on your snowshoes for a first approach: reading tracks in the snow, discovering clues left by wildlife, and an introduction to the ecosystem of the National Park.
The following days take you further, through deep forests and wild valleys, where wildlife sometimes leaves its mark. You learn to recognize tracks, understand the behavior of this fascinating animal, and place its presence within the fragile balance of the mountain.
Each return from an excursion is experienced in the gentle atmosphere of the gîte: convivial meals, passionate exchanges with your guide, and a relaxing break in the wellness area.

Karine and Laurent are happy to welcome you throughout the seasons in their vast house dating from 1651, vaulted and typical of the Vallouise valley.
The cozy and comfortable rooms, the traditional family cuisine to share in their inn and their wellness area, will seduce you for a pleasant stay as a couple, family, group or with friends in a warm, friendly atmosphere with the spirit of a guest house.

You can arrive by train either at Argentière-les-Écrins station via the day or night train, or at Oullx station in Italy, which is 1 hour and 30 minutes from Pelvoux. A shuttle will then take you to Briançon. Please contact us for further travel arrangements if you choose this option.
