    We begin by gaining altitude by taking the gondola lift in the heart of the St Lary Soulan ski resort. You'll ascend to the Merlans area, where you'll put on your snowshoes. Head towards the Lac de l'Oule, which you'll overlook, then descend to the Refuge de l'Oule. Overnight stay and dinner at the refuge.
