Born at the foot of the Vercors mountains, the mountains were a place of renewal and exploration for me. First a dietician, then a naturopath, it is finally as a mountain guide that I accompany the most beautiful transformations. Whether it's a bivouac under the stars or an immersive hike, I offer you an adventure where you shed the superfluous to reconnect with what truly matters.

Alexis

Alexis is passionate about understanding human nature and the relationship between body and mind. Whether through rehabilitation (physiotherapy), teaching yoga, or exploring the wilderness, his intentions remain the same: to offer experiences that help people connect with nature and with who they truly are. Because, according to him, that is where well-being resides.

Management

Security

Your guides are state-certified and experienced in managing groups in wilderness environments. They know their routes very well and are trained to adapt to adverse weather conditions. Ultimately, the guides retain sole discretion over the program and may modify it in case of safety concerns.

They also have a radio to be able to contact the emergency services, as well as a survival kit which they are able to use in case of emergency.

This does not replace the small personal first-aid kit you should carry with you (some plasters, medical supplies you are used to using).

My first trek and bivouac, and everything went perfectly. The organizer (Contact Nature) provided all the necessary equipment (tent, sleeping mat, sleeping bag, trekking poles). Xavier, our guide, was fantastic: he gave us excellent advice, and everything was well-prepared. The atmosphere in our group of nine, ranging in age from 23 to 61, was wonderful and very supportive. I'm already looking forward to the next trip!

Three extraordinary days! Xavier, our guide, shared his passion for the mountains with us, kindly and at a pace suited to everyone. The landscapes were magnificent. We lost count of the marmots. Vultures even paid us a visit. The sun shone on us, highlighting the beauty of this region. All this in complete self-sufficiency, so with a great backpack! We'll be back as soon as possible!

I had a wonderful stay. Our guide was very helpful, attentive, and his explanations about the environment were fascinating. The equipment provided was of good quality. My initial concerns (the cold and carrying the pack – a little over 10kg on the first day) were completely unfounded. I'm thrilled with my bivouac experience!

A good introduction to bivouacking; two nights are enough to get a feel for it. Good supervision, lovely scenery in the Vercors, and the challenge of carrying a pack make it quite physical, which I enjoyed.
