    The trek begins at the base of the canyon, with the impressive cliffs that line the Añisclo Canyon directly in front of you, seemingly insurmountable. Fortunately, your guide is there! He will help you reach the canyon's summit, but it will require considerable effort, especially with your heavy packs. Once you reach the campsite, all that's left is to set up camp and settle in facing the mountain to enjoy some slices of sausage as an appetizer.
