The expert's opinion
This trip is designed for experienced hikers accustomed to long days of mountain walking, significant elevation gains, and technical terrain. Excellent physical condition, good endurance, and prior experience hiking in high mountains are essential.
The routes take place at altitude, with several ascents to over 3,000 meters, days that can reach 19 km and up to 1,280 m of positive elevation gain.
In winter conditions, the presence of snow or ice can make ascents more technical and require the use of crampons, an ice axe and a helmet, depending on the conditions.
This trip is not suitable for beginners or occasional hikers.
