In the mountains , I adapt to your preferences and your physical capabilities at the time of your visit. Whether you dream of a gentle stroll through alpine meadows or an intensive training program with significant elevation gains, I create your itinerary just for you. We progress at your pace, not that of a group.
Yoga, Pilates, and sophrology all share the same philosophy. Before your arrival, I'll ask you a few questions about your practice, your body, and your habits. I'll send you three sophrology audio recordings to gently prepare you for your stay. And once we're together, I'll adapt to you: your injuries, your fatigue, your current state. Nothing is fixed, everything is dynamic.
You don't need to be a seasoned athlete, nor have you been practicing yoga for ten years. You just need to want to take care of yourself, in an environment that suits you.

As a state-certified mountain guide, deeply rooted in the Tarentaise Valley for three generations, I offer you a different way to discover the Vanoise — between controlled adventure and moments of pure reconnection.
Through my training in sports, health, and well-being—yoga, Pilates, sophrology, and flower essences—I have developed a unique approach that combines movement in the mountains with body care. I will gently guide you, at your own pace, so that each outing is a true breath of fresh air.
My intimate knowledge of the summer terrain—alpine flora, wildlife, and route planning in the Vanoise National Park—allows me to offer you a perfectly safe adventure. You can soak up the beauty of the surroundings while I keep a watchful eye on everything.
Before and after the hikes, enjoy adapted yoga, Pilates, and sophrology sessions: targeted stretches, altitude breathing exercises, and gentle recovery. Your body remains available throughout your stay—no aches and pains to spoil the fun, just lasting well-being.
I share my favorite spots, my interpretation of the landscape, and my observations of alpine nature. Each outing becomes an immersion where you learn to feel the mountain. A gentle yet authentic adventure, where exertion blends with serenity.

I personally guide you through Yoga, Pilates, and Sophrology sessions outdoors, and I offer customized itineraries tailored to your physical abilities and preferences. Depending on my availability, a member of the team may also lead a class for you.
This program may be modified at the guide's discretion if mountain conditions, weather or the physical condition of the participants require it.

This mountain refuge is a true haven of comfort for hikers, families, and anyone who wants to experience the mountains without sacrificing their well-being. Located at the bottom of the valley, at the crossroads of major hiking trails, the Refuge du Laisonnay is accessible on foot or by car. Ideal for a first mountain refuge experience.
