    You arrive at the Domaine in the late morning , located just 35 minutes from Toulouse . After a friendly lunch at noon , a briefing prepares you for your first gravel ride. At 2 pm , you set off on a route of approximately 50 km with 800 m of elevation gain . The terrain is varied, alternating between 50% roads and 50% tracks and trails , with a few sections featuring steep but not very technical gradients. The day ends with dinner at 7:30 pm , ideal for sharing your impressions and relaxing before the rest of your stay.
