The sessions are led by a state-certified golf instructor and PGA professional , with over 20 years of experience teaching and coaching golfers of all levels.

The structure of the Regularity Objective Program allows for the adaptation of exercises, game situations, and session intensity to each participant's abilities. Particular attention is paid to warm-up, adherence to safety rules at the driving range and on the course, and fatigue management.
