For those with prior experience in trekking, hiking, or bushcraft/survival training. You wish to refine your skills in fire-making, shelter-building, and navigation, while exploring methods for mental and physical resilience. You adapt to diverse environments by bivouacking in the wild—both in France and abroad—facing conditions ranging from extreme cold to heat.

Trainee arrival: in the Périgord region, between 8 pm and 11:30 pm at the "base camp" (Le Rozel farm 24590), basic sleeping arrangements sheltered from the rain, first evening meal not provided (you can bring your own picnic). Preparation of equipment (i.e., a knife and nothing else), and mental preparation for survival.

Beginning of the experience and immersion in nature

8:00 Wake-up: breakfast (not provided) coffee offered.
- Briefing on the fundamental principles of survival (what is a survival situation?) priorities, dangers, objectives, etc...
- 8:30 am Departure from "base camp", departure for the bivouac site:
Introduction to orienteering techniques in the great outdoors, observation of vegetation, stress management, gathering, water collection and transport, etc...
Identification of edible plants, animal tracks, etc…
- 1:00 PM Arrival at the bivouac site: choosing a suitable location to set up the bivouac. Learning about the basic principles of assembly and shelter construction techniques.
Learning how to make a fire (without matches or a lighter) and a reminder of the regulations in force.
Scenario and task allocation.
- 3:30 pm Learning how to make drinking water: technique used to purify water.
- 4:30 pm Learning how to make and handle weapons and traps ("homemade way": bow, arrow, harpoon etc...) and a reminder of the law on trapping and hunting.
- 5:30 PM Departure of an expedition: gathering edible plants and fruits, learning hunting and fishing techniques, collecting edible insects, setting traps, etc…
- 6:30 pm Meal around the fire consisting solely of the fruits of the afternoon's fishing, hunting and gathering.
- 8:00 PM Evening gathering: storytelling, impressions, group cohesion, review of the various techniques learned during the day. Recognition of the main constellations for orientation by the stars.

- 8:30 am Meal around the fire: storytelling, impressions from the night, group cohesion, review of the various techniques learned. Setting up daily tasks.
- 09:30 Introduction to recognizing the tracks of forest animals.
- 12:00 Renovation of shelters, collection of fuel,
and rope making. Stretcher-bearing workshop. Workshop to understand how to be located using fire, the sun, etc.
- 7:00 PM Dinner around the fire consisting only
fruits from fishing, hunting and gathering in the afternoon.
- 8:00 PM Evening gathering: storytelling, impressions, group cohesion, review of the various techniques learned during the day. Managing fatigue and lack of water and food.

The day before, collecting plants and insects. Collecting water such as dew.
- 08:30 Meal around the fire: story, impressions during the night, group cohesion, review of the various techniques learned.
- 10:30 am: Departure from the bivouac: orienteering in the wilderness using a map and compass independently. Gathering of edible plants and fruits. Site restoration. Raising awareness about respecting the environment.
- 1:30 pm Return to the gîte: shower, relaxation, debriefing, etc... (buffet and coffee provided).
- 4:30 PM End of the internship
