- 1:00 PM Arrival at the bivouac site: choosing a suitable location to set up camp. Learning the basic principles of assembly and shelter construction techniques. Learning how to make a fire (without matches or a lighter).

- 3:30 p.m. Learning how to make drinking water: techniques used to collect or purify water.
- 4:30 p.m. Learning how to make and handle weapons and traps "homemade style" and a reminder of the law on trapping and hunting.
- 5:30 PM Departure of an expedition: gathering edible plants, learning hunting techniques, collecting edible insects, setting traps, etc...
- 6:30 pm Meal around the fire consisting solely of the fruits of the afternoon's hunt and collection.
- 8:00 PM Evening gathering: storytelling, impressions, group cohesion, review of the various techniques learned during the day. Managing the lack of water and food. Recognizing the main constellations for orientation by the stars.
