Bushcraft is a deliberate strategy, unlike a survival strategy. You will therefore have your own equipment and supplies . To learn how to return to a simpler life in the wilderness, like trappers, we will teach you all the construction techniques to build your camp. No Mike Horn or Indiana Jones here; you will shape your shelter , build your furniture, carve your tools, and perfect your traps, bows, and arrows. Not forgetting leather tanning, meat smoking, our short wilderness cooking classes , and how to make a fire without matches.

-6:00pm: Welcoming trainees to the farm.
Initial contact and definition of what constitutes a survival situation and Brushcraft. Equipment preparation, briefing on fundamental principles. Management of priorities, dangers, objectives, etc.
Departure for the campsite. Setting up a bivouac with a tarp. Learning how to make a fire (the 5 basic techniques without matches or a lighter), raising awareness of fire dangers and reviewing the law. Practical exercise and task allocation. Review of regulations. Meal.

Day 1 -
The start of a day of DIY projects and setting up the BUSHCRAFT camp

- 7:30 Wake-up: Breakfast at the camp and start of the various lashing workshops.
8:30 am: Development of a general camp construction plan and task allocation. Selection of a suitable location for the bivouac. The goal is for you to complete as many projects as possible. We will ask each participant to contribute to as many projects as possible. Therefore, the construction of a collective or individual shelter, the design of tools and furniture (seats, benches, shelves, tables, etc.) will need to be done collaboratively.
- 12:00: Meal preparation, making wild herb bread + cooking your meats.
- 2:30 p.m.: The afternoon will be devoted to learning how to tan a hide and continuing the projects started in the morning with the start of new "challenges" such as the design of a terracotta oven.
- 4:00 PM: Departure for a small expedition to gather wild fruits and plants to enhance your evening meal.
- 6:30 pm: Meal around the fire consisting of the fruits of the fishing, hunting and gathering of the afternoon and your food stock.- 8:00 PM: Evening gathering: stories, impressions, group cohesion, emotional intelligence management. Review of the various techniques learned during the day. Introduction to recognizing the main constellations for navigation by the stars, night walk without a headlamp in the forest.

Day 2 -
continuation of the "major BUSHCRAFT projects" and discovery of tanning and bow making

- 07:30: Wake up and have breakfast at the campsite on your new furniture.
- 08:30: Continuation of the tanning workshop and construction of a smokehouse to smoke meat and continue the work of transforming the skin into leather or building new tools and protective walls.
- 09:30: If the rest of the projects are finished, we will start making bows and arrows, then learn hunting techniques and how to set traps… and we will remind you of the regulations in force.
- 12:00: Meal preparation including making wild herb bread + cooking your meats and vegetables.
- 1:30 pm: The entire afternoon will be devoted to tanning the hide, making your bow and arrows, and designing small tools.
- 6:30 pm: Meal around the fire consisting of the fruits of the fishing, hunting and gathering of the afternoon + baking your bread in the oven.
- 8:00 PM: Evening gathering: stories, impressions, review of the various techniques learned during the day.
- 11:00 PM: Go to sleep in your shelter.

Note
Since nature is our daily environment and our tool of the trade, we are the first to want to protect and preserve it. During our sessions, we will be vigilant in ensuring that our trainees also safeguard nature. We will regularly review the applicable rules and laws to explain, inform, and educate them on the importance of respecting them.
