11:30 am: Arrival at the bivouac site - Choosing a suitable location to set up camp. Learning the basic principles of assembly and construction techniques. Learning how to build a cooking fire. Introduction to techniques for creating a flame without a lighter or matches and raising awareness of fire risks. Review of current regulations and, if permitted, we will have a small campfire. Preparation and construction of shelters using tarps or Solognac groundsheets, wood, and ferns - Preparation of a smokehouse - Construction of various furniture items. Practical exercises and task allocation. (Workshops may be adapted according to your requests, the weather, etc.)
8:00 PM: Dinner, consisting of the day's foraging and what you brought with you (vegetables, meat, etc.), making "scout" bread and baking it on site (if you have all the ingredients). Night hike and setting up camera traps on the scree slopes you have identified.
