    Enjoy a stay with a ski pass included in the heart of Val Cenis at the Résidence Les Balcons de Val Cenis Le Haut. Ideally located, close to the ski lifts and the first shops, this residence offers you privileged access to the ski area.

• If the apartment is not left clean and no end-of-stay cleaning has been booked in advance, part of the security deposit will be retained as a cleaning fee. Please note that this amount is higher than the fee if end-of-stay cleaning has been booked. • If you lose the apartment key, we will charge you €75. • The pass can be used every day in La Norma or Valfréjus and, in addition, one day in each of the four other resorts in the Haute Maurienne valley (Aussois, Val Cenis, Bessans, or Bonneval-sur-Arc).

The nearest train station is well served by high-speed rail lines.

  1. Arrival station: Modane (located 28 km away). Direct TGV trains connect Paris to Modane in approximately 4 hours (Paris-Milan line).
  2. Train station - Lanslevillard connection:
  3. By bus: The S53 line (Altibus / Cars Région) provides regular service between Modane train station and Lanslevillard. The journey takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes . The fare is approximately €10 to €12 one way.
  4. By taxi: The journey takes approximately 35 minutes . Expect to pay between €60 and €90 depending on the number of passengers, the amount of luggage and the time of day (night/Sunday rates apply).
