The modern Résidence Les Balcons de Bellevarde is located at the entrance to Val d'Isère in the La Daille district. It sits directly opposite the slopes and is only about 200 meters from the Funival gondola lift. A shopping arcade with numerous shops is just 100 meters from the residence. The accommodation features a reception area with Wi-Fi (for a fee), a lobby with a children's play area, and a ski locker (one ski locker per studio/apartment). Parking spaces are available in a car park located beneath the accommodation (subject to availability, for a fee). Furthermore, entry to the "Le Lagon" Aquacenter swimming pool is free when you book a 6-day ski pass for the pass's validity period (subject to change, see information on site). Accommodation/Dining: The studios and apartments all feature a living/bedroom area, sometimes with multiple bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower and toilet, and sometimes an additional shower, a hairdryer (available at reception), a TV, and Wi-Fi (limited bandwidth). A fully equipped kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. Each unit also has a balcony or terrace. Meals are not included. A bakery service can be booked on-site (at an additional cost).

To reach the accommodation from the train station:

  1. By bus: Regular shuttle buses (Cars Région Savoie / Altibus) provide daily service between Bourg-Saint-Maurice train station and Val-d'Isère bus station, with a journey time of approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once in the resort, a comprehensive network of free shuttle buses (Train Rouge, Train Jaune, Train Bleu) runs continuously to serve all areas (La Daille, Le Centre, Le Fornet, Le Manchet).
  2. By taxi / private hire vehicle: Allow approximately 40 minutes journey time from the station to reach the village.
