    Enjoy a stay with a ski pass included in the heart of Val Cenis at the Résidence Les Alpages de Val Cenis [Special Price]. Ideally located, close to the ski lifts and the first shops, this residence offers you privileged access to the ski area.

Note

Dogs must be kept on a leash within the property. Please respect the house rules regarding access to the wellness area (see information on site). Swimwear is mandatory in the pool; swim shorts are not permitted! For the pool, you must bring your own towels or rent them separately (at an extra cost). At certain times (see information on site), access to the wellness area is reserved for guests aged 15 and over! The security deposit for the apartment can be paid by credit card or bank check. Please pay all charges (e.g., tourist tax) on site no later than the day before your departure. Baby cots and high chairs must be requested directly at the time of booking, as their availability is limited. • Fitness room: minimum age required: 16 years • This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. • Bookings for winter 2026/2027: our contracts with accommodations are concluded during the summer. In the unlikely event that our contracts with accommodations are not renewed for the following season (for example due to a change of ownership or a sharp increase in rates) or if the dates of stays are changed, you would have the option of choosing a new stay from our offers or withdrawing from the travel contract.

The comfortable Les Alpages de Val Cenis accommodation is located in the Lanslebourg district, just 100 meters from the ski lifts. Snow conditions permitting, ski-in/ski-out access is possible. The center of Lanslebourg is approximately 500 meters away. Ski rental is available directly at the accommodation. The residence, built in a Savoyard style, comprises five charming chalets interconnected by pedestrian paths. Each chalet has a lift and a ski locker. One free parking space in the underground garage is provided per apartment, and additional parking spaces are available in front of the residence (free of charge). The main building houses the reception area with Wi-Fi access, a lounge with a fireplace, a restaurant, a bar, and a wellness area with a heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna, steam room, and solarium (Sunday to Friday, 10:30 am to 7:30 pm). A variety of massages and treatments can be booked for an additional fee. You can enjoy a relaxing stay here, and not just thanks to the wellness area: upon arrival, the beds will already be made, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen) is included. The tastefully furnished apartments feature a living/bedroom with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
