The Résidence Le Hameau du Mottaret is located right next to the slopes, offering direct access to the ski lifts and various shops. The center of Mottaret is accessible via the free "Les Chalets" shuttle. The residence comprises several buildings and features a reception area, a bar, and a ski storage room. Covered parking is also available (at an additional cost, with prior registration). The comfortable studios and apartments include a living/sleeping area, sometimes with separate bedrooms, Wi-Fi (at an additional cost, upon request), a TV, a kitchenette with electric hobs, a microwave, and a dishwasher (except for the 3-person studios), a bathroom with a bathtub or shower, and sometimes a separate WC. Most apartments also have a balcony with mountain views. Meals are not included.

By train

The nearest train station is Moûtiers - Salins - Brides-les-Bains (located approximately 22 km away).

  1. From Paris: Direct TGV trains connect Paris Gare de Lyon to Moûtiers in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes (mainly on weekends in winter). During the week, connections are available via Lyon or Chambéry.
  2. Connection between the train station and Méribel-Mottaret:
  3. By bus: Regular shuttle buses ( Altibus ) provide service. The journey to Mottaret takes approximately 1 hour . The fare is approximately €12 to €15 .
  4. By taxi/private hire vehicle: The journey takes approximately 35 minutes. Expect to pay between €80 and €110 depending on the time of day and the number of passengers.
