    Enjoy a stay with a ski pass included in the heart of La Rosière at the Résidence Les Balcons de La Rosière. Ideally located, close to the ski lifts and the first shops, this residence offers you privileged access to the ski area.

• Access to the wellness and fitness area is permitted for children under 16 only if accompanied by an adult. • Access to the beauty area is permitted for guests aged 18 and over. • If the kitchen area of ​​the apartments is not left clean, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. • Children under 5 years old (age at the time of departure) ski for free in the La Rosière ski area. Please note that for children under 5 years old (age at the time of departure), a ski pass must be purchased locally to access the Italian ski area. For more information, please inquire locally.
