Location: The "Résidence Le Centaure" is a modern, 4-star residence located in the center of Flaine. The ski area is accessible via the "Grandes Platières" ski lift, located 100 meters away. Downhill skiers will find the nearest slope just 150 meters away. The nearest shops are approximately 750 meters away. Amenities: The accommodation includes a reception area, a lobby, Wi-Fi access, luggage storage, and an elevator. You can store your ski equipment in the ski/snowboard room, which includes a boot dryer. Wellness: The wellness area features a sauna, a steam room, and a jacuzzi. Within the apartment complex, there is an indoor swimming pool with a paddling pool. Massages and beauty treatments are available for an additional fee. Bathrobes are available on site (at an extra charge). Children: A baby kit is available upon request for parents of young children. High chairs and cots are available (upon request and subject to availability). Entertainment: Billiards are available (at an extra charge). Guests can also enjoy the fitness room. From Cluses train station to the Le Centaure Residence (Flaine Forum):

  1. By bus/shuttle: The regular "Les Carroz - Flaine Express" line (Arv'i Mobilité / Altibus network) connects Cluses train station to the resort in approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour. Get off at the terminus, the Flaine Forum stop (the residence is a 3-5 minute walk away). A one-way ticket costs around €2 in summer and from €12 in winter.
  2. By taxi/private hire vehicle: The journey takes between 35 and 45 minutes uphill. Typical fares are between €70 and €110 during the day (higher fares at night or on weekends).

  1. From Paris (approximately 6 hours 15 minutes to 6 hours 30 minutes driving time - approx. 590 km): Take the A6 motorway towards Lyon/Mâcon, then the A40 ("Autoroute Blanche") towards Geneva/Chamonix. Take exit 19 "Cluses Centre", then take the D1205 and continue up the D106 to Flaine Forum.
  2. From Lyon (approximately 2.5 hours drive - approx. 210 km): Take the A42 motorway then the A40 towards Geneva / Chamonix. Take exit no. 19 "Cluses Centre", then follow the D1205 and the D106 to Flaine.
