A typical day
The rhythm is dictated by the tide and by sunlight.
Upon waking — Shatkarma & pranayama We open the day with gentle breath purifications before the village wakes up.
In the morning — Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga depending on the day: grounding, awakening the supports, putting the body in motion.
Breakfast at a communal table, Moroccan bread, seasonal fruit, mint tea. Then free time on the terrace or in the hammock.
Surf session. Departure for the chosen spot that morning, depending on the tide and wind. In a small group, board and wetsuit provided.
Lunch: Local vegetarian cuisine, prepared on the same day.
The afternoon — free time or day outing : nap, beach, reading — or day trip: the Tamraght souk, Paradise Valley, the dunes.
Afternoon tea with mint tea and pastries, the moment when the group gets together.
At the end of the day — Yin Yoga, meditation & mantras. We release what the waves have stirred up. Long postures held, then meditation and chanting, in the fading light.
Dinner together, without screens, often outdoors.
The evening: The stars above the terrace, or the silence of your room. Depending on the evening, a rose or cocoa ceremony brings the day to a close.
