Paola
Paola is a passionate yoga teacher. A yoga practitioner for many years and an avid traveler, she graduated with her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in Ecuador in 2023 and has explored and deepened her yoga practice through her travels across Asia and South America. Inspired by the rich traditions and cultures she has encountered, she wants to make yoga accessible to everyone. Currently teaching in Essaouira, Morocco, she challenges stereotypes by reminding us that yoga is not just about flexibility or physical fitness—it is first and foremost a way to reconnect with oneself and the present moment. In her classes, Paola encourages students to listen to their bodies, explore their capabilities, and respect their limits. With gentleness and kindness, she encourages everyone to breathe, slow down, and find their balance, regardless of their body type or experience.

The day is dedicated to yoga : take advantage of Paola's qualified and recognized teaching in the morning and then in the afternoon for 2 classes which will take place either in the shala, on the rooftop or on Mils beach, 500 m from the Riad, depending on the weather conditions.

In the morning, enjoy Paola's expert and renowned yoga instruction, which will take place either in the shala, on the rooftop, or on Mils Beach, 500 meters from the Riad, depending on the weather. The afternoon is free for relaxation : unwind by the Riad's pool, the ocean, or explore the surrounding area. For those with a thirst for adventure, optional activities are available, such as a camel ride , horseback riding, or a quad bike excursion in the nearby dunes (not included in the stay).

The day is free to explore the magnificent city of Essaouira: its picturesque and unique port, as well as its tranquil Medina, so different from other medinas in Morocco. In the evening, you can dine in one of the many restaurants in Essaouira's Medina (not included in the stay). Don't hesitate to ask the manager of Riad La Tempérance for recommendations; they can suggest an excellent restaurant.
