You will be guided by Eloi, a high-mountain guide and professional skipper based in Haute-Savoie. Trained as an engineer, his passion for adventure led him to change careers and become a full-time guide in the Alps, particularly the Mont Blanc massif.

A specialist in dual skills, he combines the sea and the mountains during sailing-mountaineering expeditions, both in the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, including expeditions to Norway, Iceland, and the fjords of Greenland. A rigorous instructor, his teaching method focuses on instilling safety to guide participants towards autonomy.

    Welcome on October 11th from 6pm onwards aboard the sailboat to spend the evening and night.

    Departing from the port of Bonifacio, we board our sailboat which will be our refuge for the week. We are briefed on the safety equipment and prepare our sailing itinerary.

Accommodation will be on a 10.60m JOD 35 sailboat. The sailboat has two double cabins, and the skipper and yogi will be accommodated in the saloon (common area). There is a toilet on board, and an outdoor shower. Please bring a 10°C comfort sleeping bag for nights on board.

  2. By taxi / private hire vehicle: The journey takes approximately 20 minutes (expect to pay between €50 and €70 depending on the time slot).

From the mainland (France): If you take a ferry from Marseille, Toulon or Nice (with Corsica Linea or Corsica Ferries ), the closest arrival ports on the island are:

  1. Port of Propriano (approximately 65 km away - 1 hour 15 minutes drive).
  2. Port of Porto-Vecchio (approximately 28 km away - 35 minutes drive).
  3. Port of Ajaccio (approximately 130 km away - 2h30 drive).
