Embark on a unique adventure where sailing is combined with mindfulness , between navigation, yoga practices, self-discovery and life on the water... This stay, designed for women , prioritizes intimacy – only three participants – aboard a 10.50 m sailboat. You will be guided by Céline, an experienced skipper and sailing instructor, as well as a yoga teacher and Ayurveda practitioner .
Each day alternates sailing lessons for all levels, shared meals, free time, water activities and self-exploration practices (gentle yoga (Hatha, Nidra) / Ayurveda workshops) , all in a spirit of sharing and respect for each person's rhythm .
Guided by the four A's of the NAVASANA sailing and yoga school – Autonomy , Grounding , Attention , Adventure – this retreat invites you to learn to sail or to confirm and improve your knowledge and technique, to gain confidence, but also to slow down and cultivate presence , all while exploring inspiring seascapes . A human and sensory adventure , far removed from any pursuit of performance, to let yourself be carried by the wind and encounters, to journey together in sisterhood, to seek balance and to be amazed.

Céline will be your organizer, sailing and yoga instructor, host and captain!
After 15 years of photography and 5 years of living on the water on her sailboat Taivavao, on which she will welcome you, she now offers a project that links all her activities and passions: teaching sailing, Ayurveda consulting and the practice of yoga and meditation, 3 disciplines in which she is qualified (BPJEPS / Ayurveda Consultant / 600h Yoga).
She offers you enchanting interludes, spaces for reconnecting with the rhythm of life. For her, understanding oneself and others arises from breath and movement, from presence and silence…

Arrival between 9am and 10am in Bastia so that you can leave the port before noon!
You'll meet Céline and the two other participants before preparing the sailboat together. Once settled on board, Céline will give you a safety briefing and an overview of the program. Cast off for a first 2-hour sail , giving you time to get acquainted with the boat and enjoy the tranquility of the open sea. The first day is for getting your bearings and taking a swim... the evening will be spent at anchor in a peaceful cove, perfect for relaxation and disconnecting. Overnight on board .

The days are adapted to the weather conditions and the group's preferences. Each day, you'll embark on a 2- to 4-hour sailing trip , with cruising lessons tailored to your level, whether you're a beginner or already experienced. Time is also dedicated to a yoga practice , meditation , or an Ayurveda workshop (between 1 and 2 hours) to deepen your reconnection with your body and self. The rest of the day is free for leisure: swimming , paddleboarding , a walk ashore , or simply relaxing on board, according to your needs and energy levels. Meals, primarily vegetarian , are prepared together using local and organic products whenever possible. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes relaxed and creative: singing, tarot, reading, or stargazing —everyone at their own pace. Overnight at anchor .

You'll disembark at the port of Calvi around 11 am or noon (depending on our arrival time!). You'll have spent the night at anchor or in the port, depending on your preference and the weather. A final swim, breakfast, time to pack up and say goodbye, and then you can stroll through this magnificent town and fully soak up the Corsican atmosphere!

Note
On this route from Bastia to Calvi, we will be able to anchor or spend the night in a large number of wonderful places in Cap Corse such as Macinaggio, Barcaggio, Cala Genovese, Centuri... then Saint Florent and the anchorages of the Agriates desert... before finishing in style at the port of Calvi, located at the foot of the citadel!
This program is indicative! Every stay is different…Each day retains an element of improvisation depending on the weather conditions, the group's energy, and your individual needs and freedoms…
We will choose the navigation plan and the themes of the courses (mainly sailing but also relaxation, yoga and ayurveda) together, according to your desires, the weather and the anchorage locations which are more or less wild and suitable for our activities.

🚢 Sailing cruise ship - Days 1 to 6
Taivavao is an 11m sailboat including a beautiful rear platform which will allow you to sunbathe, go into the water, shower, meditate, chill…
With its mahogany interior and teak deck, Taivavao (Hallberg Rassy 352) is a very pretty sailboat decorated with details gleaned from travel.
On board there are theoretically 7 berths but to maximize everyone's comfort there will only be 4 of you. Your skipper, Céline, will sleep in the rear cabin, accompanied by all the equipment necessary for the cruise.
Three berths for the crew: one in the forward cabin and two in the saloon. The mattresses are memory foam and very comfortable.
IMPORTANT: A draw will be held on the day of your arrival to allocate berths. Crew members often prefer the spacious saloon.
The boat's bathroom is shared (electric toilet & sink) and the (hot) showers are taken outside. You get used to it quickly!
Managing privacy, sharing, harmonious living together, and respecting community and safety rules is part of the adventure! Rest assured that everything will be in place to ensure everyone finds their own space and can express their needs.
