You'll be staying in eco-domes right on the beach overlooking the lagoon. These handcrafted earthen dwellings are insulated and environmentally friendly, requiring no heating or air conditioning. Each eco-dome accommodates three people and includes a bathroom with toilet, as well as towels. For added comfort, you can reserve a double or single room for an additional fee when making your booking.

We went to spend a week for an all-inclusive Wing Foil course in Dakhla during the 3rd week of November.

Full board accommodation, equipment rental and instruction were provided by Dreamkite in Dakhla.

Accommodation: very good! Stayed in comfortable domes for 3 people with a large private bathroom.

Food: good at the beginning, not great towards the end. We were the last interns of the season and we could feel that from the halfway point of the internship, the cupboards were emptying.

Site: very good for learning: shallow water, site protected from waves.

Timing: Unfortunately – and we didn't know this before leaving – the timing isn't ideal for going because there's a lack of wind. A shame for a sport like wing foiling (even worse for kitesurfing). Our advice is to avoid going in November unless you want to practice much. In fact, the center closes at the end of November and doesn't reopen until February, precisely because of this lack of wind.

On-site entertainment: not great, little atmosphere, you could tell it was the end of the season and the staff were more inclined to close the center and pack everything up before moving on to something else.
