Théo Charmes

Passionate about mountain biking since the age of 5, he began competing with AOTL Cyclisme, from the Roc d'Azur to the French XCO Cups, where he achieved his first podium finishes and top 5 national results. He then continued his junior career with the LOOK Beaume-de-Venise team, progressing to international competitions and the Junior World Series.

Subsequently, he specialized in electric mountain biking, a discipline in which he competed at the national and international level, notably with a French Championship title, several podium finishes in the World Cup and participation in the World Championships.

Building on this background, he now puts his experience in performance, effort management and fieldwork at the service of coaching and supporting practitioners in complete safety.

A state-certified cycling instructor (BPJEPS), he will ensure your safety and share various tips and tricks on riding gravel trails.

Management

Security

The safety of our participants is at the heart of our organization. Throughout the trip, our guides supervise the group in the field, adapting the pace to each individual's abilities and ensuring the smooth running of each stage. Thanks to their knowledge of the routes and conditions, they anticipate any potential difficulties and guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience.

In the event of a mechanical problem, our guides have the skills and equipment necessary to carry out routine repairs and allow the group to continue its journey in the best conditions.

The support team is reinforced by the presence of a Destination Manager in the support vehicle. They ensure continuous operational monitoring, remain in contact with the guides, and can intervene quickly if necessary. Each day, they also prepare two to three refreshment stops so that participants can ride with peace of mind, without worrying about logistics.

This dual presence, on the bike and providing assistance, allows us to offer a high level of safety, responsiveness and comfort throughout the adventure.
