Guy Hemmerlin , a visionary coach and pioneer of remote triathlon coaching, has been supporting athletes for over 30 years. A pioneer of remote coaching in France, he launched his online services in 1998. A former judoka and seasoned triathlete with over 150 races under his belt, he became a full-time professional coach in the 1990s.

He is the only French coach to have led an athlete (Chris McCormack) to two Ironman World Championship victories in Hawaii. He has also coached numerous international champions and more than 140 athletes who qualified for the Ironman World Championships.

Author of four reference books, he shares his knowledge through methods accessible to all. Known for his rigor, availability, and expertise, he is a leading figure in triathlon coaching. His human and individualized approach places the athlete at the heart of his method.

Farid

A member of the coaching team for many years, Farid Hamida holds state diplomas in triathlon and swimming. A very high-level triathlete, he has participated several times in the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii, a legendary event on the world circuit.

Trained in the specific protocol of our courses, Farid stands out for his teaching methods, his attention to technical detail and his ability to analyze and correct the smallest flaws to help you progress sustainably.
