Embark on a three-day trail running adventure along one of the most prestigious and renowned routes in the Alps : the Vanoise Glacier Crossing! In the heart of the Vanoise National Park , on the edge of Europe's most imposing ice cap, you'll be surrounded by exceptional and varied panoramas, including alpine pastures, lakes, waterfalls, and ice amphitheaters, all observed by the native alpine wildlife that inhabits these areas. Your starting point will be Aussois, and your first stop will be at the Auberge de Bellecombe, followed by a stay at the Repoju refuge in Pralognan-la-Vanoise. Your adventure will end in the charming hamlet of Polset, overlooking Modane, after covering nearly ninety-five kilometers and conquering six thousand five hundred meters of elevation gain—pure bliss. During this journey, you will have the opportunity to master various trail running techniques that will improve your performance, whether it be running uphill, downhill, on uneven terrain or learning how to use walking poles.

    9am – 9:30am: Shuttle to Aussois.

    Your luggage is taken care of by the carrier (you will find it in the evening).


    10:00 AM – 5:30 PM: Long hike starting from Aussois to the welcoming Bellecombe refuge. A short warm-up along the Plan d'Aval and Plan d'Amont dams before entering the Vanoise National Park , which we will remain in for the next three days. A day on the balcony trails of the Vanoise on the Haute-Maurienne side.

    Stops at mountain huts for water refills and picnics with panoramic views. Lakes, waterfalls, and wildlife are on the agenda for this first stage before reaching our cozy accommodation.


    We will collect our luggage for the night.
