    Arrival at 9:45 am at the Bellegarde TGV station.

    Transfer to Les Rousses by private vehicle.

    11am-5:30pm: Hike-run starting from Les Rousses. A beautiful first stage that will allow us to gently warm up while already reaching a beautiful summit. Discover the typical " cow mountains " of the Jura with their harmonious profiles, including a short crossing into Switzerland where we'll say hello to the chamois.

    We will arrive at our accommodation for the night by running.
