Here, you experience the surf camp spirit, the conviviality, the encounters, the group energy in unique accommodation in the village , historic, green and with an incomparable soul: the surfhouse TAWALA, located in the heart of Tamraght, is a warm place, where tradition and modernity coexist, a haven of peace where you progress and create bonds in a setting different from the guesthouses and dormitories usually offered on Taghazout.... without falling into impersonal hotels.
The days here begin around a generous homemade buffet , prepared exclusively with local produce by the kitchen team.
Next stop, the surf spots: surf sessions in small groups (max 5 people) with our certified local instructors, including Hamada, co-founder of TAWALA.
The atmosphere is motivating and supportive : everyone progresses at their own pace!
After surfing, it's time for the slow Moroccan life: tea break in the sun, swimming in the Riad's large pool (one of the only pools in the village), reading, a nap or a stroll in Taghazout... and in the evening, we gather around a Moroccan meal that you will remember , in a warm atmosphere!

As the Moroccan Junior Champion , he combines solid competitive experience with a pedagogical approach.
A graduate of the Moroccan Surfing Federation , he provides instruction with precision, gentleness and a genuine passion for teaching.
Highly appreciated by beginners as well as intermediate levels, Mehdi knows how to explain simply, reassure, correct without pressure and create a motivating dynamic in the water.
His ability to observe and give personalized advice allows for rapid and natural progress.
With his positive energy, technical expertise and great kindness, Mehdi brings an inspiring and dynamic touch to the TAWALA stay, ideal for those who want to learn in a motivating and safe environment.
Founded by a mixed-race couple , TAWALA reflects the importance of connections , exchanges, and encounters. Upon your arrival at Agadir airport, you will be met by our partner driver. The drive to Tamraght immediately immerses you in the atmosphere of the Atlantic coast: ochre hills, golden light and ocean views.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Muriel who will guide you through a smooth and welcoming check-in. She will show you the riad, the common areas, the swimming pool, the rooftop terrace, and outline your weekly schedule.
You then discover your room: take the time to settle in, relax, and enjoy this place with its unique atmosphere !
Your late afternoon is free: stroll through the village of Tamraght, discover the small cafes and local concepts, relax by the pool, mint tea or simply rest after the journey.
In the evening, the kitchen team prepares a homemade Moroccan dinner for you. It's the perfect time to meet other travelers, chat, and begin to feel the friendly and welcoming energy that is the soul of TAWALA.

Five days to truly progress, gain confidence, live in harmony with the ocean, and enjoy an authentic and supportive atmosphere! A typical day:
- Enjoy a generous homemade buffet breakfast before heading out to surf.
- Surf session in small groups (max 5) with our qualified and local coaches, suitable for beginners as well as intermediate levels.
- Lunch break under the parasols, the lunchbox is generous and prepared by the cooks.
- Second free surf session in the afternoon under the supervision of instructors (Or chill if you're exhausted)
- Back to the riad for a relaxing moment by the pool , mint tea and homemade pastries.
- Free time at the end of the day: stroll through the village, independent cafes, small local concepts, designers and artisan shops.
- Homemade Moroccan dinner , followed by a friendly get-together with the group in a calm and welcoming atmosphere
The pace remains flexible and adjusted daily to take advantage of the best wave conditions.

Each room has a private entrance , ideal for preserving your peace and creating a true sense of personal space. They open onto a lush garden or the riad's swimming pool, in a tranquil and soothing atmosphere. The custom-made, locally sourced woodwork adds an authentic and welcoming charm.
