The program includes 10 surf sessions and 2 free half-days.
Free half-days will be chosen according to surf conditions and the energy level of the group.
The schedules are adjusted to those of the tides, as the wave conditions depend on them.
It's therefore possible to leave earlier or later, or even to have a session at sunrise or sunset. Ideally, there will be a session in the morning, a lunch break, and then another session in the afternoon. Sometimes the two sessions can be combined with a sandwich on the beach.
Example of a typical day:
- Morning: Breakfast and surfing lesson
8:30 to 9:30: You start your day with breakfast facing the ocean, then your instructor comes to brief you on the wave conditions and the different organizational options.
9:30 am: Departure for the surf spot. When conditions are good, you'll surf at La Source, right at the foot of the residence. A right-hand break runs from the point to in front of the residence, ideal for practicing, and then reforms near the shore, making it easy to learn on the whitewater. Before each session, your instructor will show you the spot, where the wave forms, where to position yourself to learn, and the route to take to get through the whitewater.
After putting on your suit, you proceed with a light warm-up including stretching.
- Lunch: rest and meal
At the end of this first session of the day, if you are at La Source, you go back to change and then have lunch. When you leave for the day, you take off your wetsuit to have a picnic on the beach.
- Afternoon: surfing lessons and relaxation
After a good break, it's time for the second session of the day. We return to the center around 4-5 pm, which leaves some time after showering to enjoy the pool or visit the small village of Tagahzout, before meeting up for drinks and dinner.
During your free half-days, which will be positioned either in the middle of the week or on the least interesting day in terms of waves, you can visit the souk of Agadir, pamper yourself with a hammam or a massage, stroll through the alleys of Taghazout and drink a smoothie, or simply let time flow by the pool.
