Your week is structured around 5 days of surfing and one well-deserved day of rest.
Typical day of surfing:
Morning : Breakfast and surf lesson . After enjoying your tropical breakfast at the surf camp, you'll head out by minibus to the spot best suited to the day's conditions for your first session in the waves. On the beach, you'll start by observing the conditions with your instructor: where the peak is located, what the currents are, and what the best route is to position yourself. You'll also review the techniques to perfect: paddling, duck diving to get through the whitewater, and your standing position for efficient surfing. While focusing on technique, you'll also cover everything related to ocean safety (currents, maintaining safe distances, etc.).
Lunch and rest. After your morning session, it's time for a well-deserved break. Enjoy a picnic lunch overlooking the sea at the spot. This is the perfect time to chat with the other participants about their morning's experiences.
Afternoon: Surf lessons. In the afternoon, you'll return to the water for a second session to reinforce your progress. By the end of the week, you'll be more confident in your chosen surfing area. Return to the surf camp is in the late afternoon, giving you some time after showering to enjoy the pool or stroll along the beach before everyone gathers for drinks and dinner.
Free day: This is scheduled either midweek or on the least promising day in terms of waves. You will have the opportunity to visit the Rio Grande do Norte region and its magnificent landscapes, or simply relax at the surf camp.
