Simo is a child of Casablanca, born and raised by the ocean. The sea is his whole life: he first made his mark in bodyboarding competitions before dedicating himself to surfing, which he has practiced and lived daily for many years.
For about ten years, he has been based in Taghazout Bay, but his playground is the entire Moroccan Atlantic coast: he knows the spots like the back of his hand and knows exactly where to take you to surf the best waves at the right time, in complete safety.
What truly sets Simo apart is his exceptional kindness and infectious passion for surfing. Patient, attentive, and always in a good mood, he puts you at ease from the very first session. With him, you'll surf in a great atmosphere, feeling confident and having the time of your life.
Our entire team of instructors reflects Simo's values: qualified and certified instructors, chosen as much for their skills as for their attitude. Passionate and caring, they guide each session with patience and attentiveness, adapting to each individual's level and goals. Their absolute priority remains your safety: conditions are analyzed before each outing, the location is carefully chosen, and they provide close supervision in the water. Arrival at the surf house in Tamraght and welcome by our team. If you have booked a transfer (optional), our driver Rachid or one of his colleagues will pick you up at the airport; otherwise, we will send you all the directions to easily reach us. Check-in, introduction to the team and the week's program over a complimentary mint tea (depending on your arrival time).
This arrival day is yours: settle comfortably into your room, relax, or stroll through the cafes of the small village of Tamraght, known for its surf vibe. You can also head down to the beach and soak up the atmosphere of the bay.
In the evening, we gather for a welcome dinner and a relaxing first evening on the panoramic terrace, facing the sunset. The surf week can begin!

Each day, activities flow seamlessly between surfing, meals, and free time, all in a relaxed atmosphere. Schedules are adapted to the tides and daytime conditions to ensure you have the best possible sessions.
8:30 am – 9:30 am : Local and gourmet breakfast on the terrace.
9:30 am : Equipment preparation (boards and wetsuits provided).
10:00 : Departure towards the best spot of the moment, chosen according to your level.
10:30am – 12:30pm : 2-hour session supervised by our qualified instructors, in a fun and safe atmosphere.
1:00 PM : Picnic on the beach to recharge our batteries.
Afternoon : Free time — self-guided session (equipment available), beach or exploring the village at your own pace.
Evening : Free time! Discover the restaurants and atmosphere of Tamraght (dinner not included) or relax at the surf house.

On departure day, we adapt to everyone's return times. We start with a good breakfast to kick-start the day. Those leaving later can take advantage of the time to go surfing one last time, take a stroll, or simply chill at the surf house and in the surrounding area. We'll accompany you to the transfer, your head full of waves, sunshine, and wonderful memories. See you soon!

Note
Surfing is first and foremost about nature! The program is organized daily according to the tides, wave conditions, and wind to offer you the best possible sessions. There are no fixed schedules: we adjust so you can surf at the right time, in the right place.
A typical day: after a delicious local breakfast, we get our gear ready (boards and wetsuits provided) and head to the best surf spot of the moment, chosen according to your skill level. The program includes a surf session led by our certified instructors in a fun and safe environment. We'll have a picnic lunch, free time in the afternoon to enjoy the beach or relax, and a photo debriefing in the evening to track your progress.
One day a week, time for an activity to discover the region (Paradise Valley, walk in the village…), depending on the conditions.
Our goal: that you progress, that you enjoy yourself and that you leave with a smile and beautiful memories.

🏠 Surf House - Days 1 to 6
During your stay, you choose the package that suits you best. The basic package includes a shared dormitory (up to 4 people) — ideal for meeting other surfers and experiencing the true surf house atmosphere, at the best price. Prefer more privacy? Opt for a shared room for two or, for complete tranquility, a private room all to yourself (perfect if you're traveling solo and want your own space).
All our rooms are decorated in a warm, local style, with private bathrooms. And wherever you stay, you can enjoy the common areas: a friendly lounge and a large terrace facing the sea and mountains, perfect for relaxing after surfing, mint tea in hand.
Each space has been designed to make you feel at home, with careful decoration combining tadelakt, natural wood and local craftsmanship, in a soft and soothing atmosphere.
The surf camp has three terraces, each with its own atmosphere:
- A large rooftop offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area, where you can admire magnificent sunsets every evening.
- A friendly terrace dedicated to meals, where travelers gather around large tables to share breakfasts and dinners in a family atmosphere.
- A coworking terrace, equipped with a very high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi connection, ideal for travelers wishing to work remotely while enjoying the exceptional setting of Tamraght.

Need a transfer? We can pick you up at Agadir, Essaouira or Marrakech airport — this service is an extra charge (not included in the price), but we take care of everything for you: just send us your flight times and we'll arrange your arrival, whatever the time.

The surf house is easily accessible from the airports of Agadir, Marrakech and Essaouira.
Agadir Al Massira Airport (AGA) is the closest airport, located approximately 45 minutes from the surf camp. Marrakech Airport (RAK) and Essaouira Airport (ESU) also provide easy access to Tamraght.
To facilitate your arrival, we offer optional private transfers from these three airports. Simply provide us with your flight number before your departure: our team will track your arrival in real time and ensure you are welcomed in the best possible conditions.
If you prefer to organize your journey independently, taxis and public transport are also available from the various airports.
