In the morning, you'll reach the island's central point: Houmt Souk. Discover its souk, fishing port, and 16th-century fortress. Explore the town, wandering through its narrow streets lined with white houses and bougainvillea, past numerous shops selling colorful goods, and in tea rooms.

The afternoon is dedicated to a horseback ride that takes you to the Flamant-rose peninsula. You ride along sandy tracks between the typical small villages of Djerba.

This day will be an opportunity to discover the Jewish quarter of the island. You'll set off early in the morning by bicycle for a 32km loop through the hinterland. Your destination is the magnificent Ghriba Synagogue: the most important synagogue in the country and home to the oldest texts of the Torah.

After lunch at a local restaurant, you'll head back out onto the backroads for an afternoon of street art! The walls of the village of Erriadh, also known as Djerbahood, are adorned with no fewer than 250 works by 150 international urban artists. A must-see in Djerba, you can stroll through this authentic and traditional village and discover its splendid murals.

After dinner, you end the day with music, in a bar that regularly hosts artists.

Finally, those in search of discoveries will choose to leave with the guide in the middle of the desert, in the Berber villages with troglodyte dwellings of Chenini, Ksar Haddada and Tataouine (one of the filming locations of Star Wars).

In the southwest of the island lies the Berber village of Guellala. Centuries ago, the town was renowned for its underground pottery workshops and its more than 400 potters. Today, its artisanal skills can still be admired. This will be an opportunity to visit a ceramics workshop, as well as the Djerba Museum, which traces the island's cultures and heritage.

After a meal at a local restaurant, you'll return to the city center in the early afternoon. You can then take the opportunity to stroll at your own pace through the narrow streets.
