Each morning, the Guillestrois region unveils a new playground through four unmissable outdoor activities . You'll first tame the turquoise waters of the Durance River in a packraft , before gaining altitude on the cliffs of Mont-Dauphin during a climbing session . The following days will focus on land-based exploration, combining a rejuvenating hike with a mountain bike ride on alpine trails.
Returning to camp offers a welcome respite. It's the perfect opportunity to refine your skills, enjoy convivial meals, take a swim, or simply read in the shade of the trees. This active and balanced trip reinvents the spirit of comfortable bivouacking, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts eager to combine physical activity with relaxation.

Your alpine adventure begins at 1 p.m. at the Lac d'Eygliers campsite. After setting up your tent in this verdant setting, you'll meet your group and guide for a full presentation of the trip and to receive your sports equipment . To kick off the week, you'll hop on your bikes for a discovery ride . This approximately 15km route allows you to test your bike's settings while soaking up the unique atmosphere of the area. You'll cycle through the landscapes of the Guillestrois region , between forests and viewpoints overlooking the valley. Back at base camp , you'll enjoy the facilities before sharing a friendly first meal to get to know your fellow travelers.

This morning is dedicated to discovering packrafting directly on the beautiful Eygliers lake, located at the foot of your campsite. Your guide begins with a presentation of the specific equipment to teach you the techniques for inflating and packing these lightweight craft. After adjusting the boat for your comfort, you'll launch and take your first paddle strokes . This session on calm water is ideal for testing your balance and getting a feel for the packraft's stability. You'll practice getting back into the boat after capsizing , an essential maneuver for the rest of your adventure. Your first trips on the lake will come naturally. This fun and safe first experience will allow you to gain confidence before venturing later into the whitewater of the river.

Today, your day is entirely dedicated to climbing at the historic Mont-Dauphin cliffs. You'll begin with a 30-minute approach hike to reach this renowned climbing spot. Depending on your skill level, you'll use the session to discover or refine your climbing techniques , from belaying to route reading, under the watchful eye of your instructor. You 'll return to the campsite in the mid-afternoon, leaving plenty of free time . You can spend the rest of the day as you wish: a refreshing swim in the lake, a restorative nap in the shade of the trees, a group game , or some quiet reading to recharge at base camp.

Your exploration begins with a hike from the campsite, approximately one hour's walk to the starting point. This hike along the Guil River leads you directly beneath the impressive cliffs of Mont-Dauphin, offering a unique perspective on the valley. Upon reaching the launch point, you'll inflate your packrafts for a thrilling descent into the Lower Guil Gorge . Drifting downstream, you'll navigate through a wild and pristine environment. The highlight of the trip is discovering the Petrifying Fountain of Réotier , a unique natural geological wonder, accessible directly by packraft. After this contemplative interlude, you'll complete your journey with a leisurely return to base camp to enjoy your final evening at the campsite.
Day 4 -
Cycling & Packrafting along the Durance River and the end of the adventure

For this final day of adventure, you'll playfully combine the two highlights of your week. You'll begin with a 15km bike ride up the valley, with an accessible 100m elevation gain, taking approximately one hour in the saddle. Upon reaching the L'Argentière lake, you'll switch to water mode for a superb packraft descent of the Durance River . To keep your gear light, your guide will collect the bikes left at the starting point. If you'd like to improve your skills for future adventures, your guide can also introduce you to the basics of bikekrafting . You'll arrive directly at the campsite around 3 pm to conclude your stay . For your departure, a return trip from Mont-Dauphin – Guillestre train station is easily arranged, as it's only a 20-minute walk from the campsite.

In order to guarantee the safety of the group and the quality of the stay, the supervisor reserves the right to modify the order of activities, itineraries, practice locations or certain program content depending on:
- Weather conditions;
- Terrain conditions (river flows, trail conditions, access to cliffs, etc.);
- The technical level, physical fitness or desires of the participants;
- From any event beyond our control.
These adaptations will, as far as possible, be discussed with the group and will always aim to offer the best possible experience while ensuring the safety and comfort of everyone.

The Camping du Lac d'Eygliers is located on the edge of the Eygliers lake and in the immediate vicinity of the Durance river.
Camping allows you to:

- Participants are welcome to bring their own camping equipment for added comfort or privacy. To facilitate travel and reduce luggage volume, camping equipment can also be provided upon request.
