Experience total immersion in the heart of the Ubaye Valley , an exceptional region for thrill-seekers. For five days , you'll master one of Europe's most iconic rivers, renowned for its 50 rapids with evocative names like "The Vacuum Cleaner" or "The Dining Room." Based in Le Martinet, between Le Lauzet and Barcelonnette, you'll enjoy a magnificent natural setting, ideal for developing your whitewater skills.

The course includes seven half-days of activities, designed to combine discovery, increasing intensity, and technical progression: introductory rafting, thrilling rafting, hot dogging, whitewater swimming, the Costeplane canyon, the Chaudan canyon, and a relaxing session on towed inflatables on Lake Serre-Ponçon. Led by state-certified instructors, participants experience a fast-paced, safe, and exciting week.
