Le Duchet is a simple place, but it has everything you need for a wonderful stay, especially with children. The food is excellent, unless you're a picky eater (only one dish is offered at each meal, but it was always delicious). The bar offers drinks at very reasonable prices. The swimming pools are very pleasant and not crowded. The only downside: there's a lack of organized walks/hikes for children! Biathlon was our favorite activity (supplement of €25/person).

A lovely spot nestled in lush greenery, with beautiful facilities, although the pool and restaurant are open to the public (and get very crowded). Contrary to what's advertised, there's very little fitness equipment, but the indoor pool is lovely. Numerous activities are available, but be aware of the extra charges (some activities are paid), and the evening entertainment is of poor quality. We highly recommend the hikes, the flora walk with Émilie, the tree climbing with Gaby and Émilie, and the aqua aerobics.
