Summer multi-activity
For those who engage in regular sports activity. You are capable of walking or moving about for several hours at a stretch. You want to break out of your routine and discover what you are capable of.

This is a beginner level activity; you don't need to be an expert, however, these are still sporting activities, so you need to be reasonably fit and motivated :)

Guillaume
Guillaume, a mountain guide and manager of the partner agency, will accompany you during your stay and liaise with the various instructors who lead the different activities.

In the morning, you'll head out for an introductory climbing session in an area offering a beautiful view of the Aure Valley. You'll benefit from the guide's advice to reach the top of the route. The session will last approximately 2 hours.
You'll start again in the early afternoon with an introduction to caving. You'll have to squeeze and crawl underground. Using your headlamp, you'll need to follow the guide to successfully exit the cave.
In the late afternoon you will leave to reach your bivouac. Once you arrive at your campsite, you will need to set up the tents, light the fire in order to enjoy the evening with some barbecue and lots of stars.

Upon waking from your night in the tent, you will have a good breakfast to start your day of hiking.
At a leisurely pace you may observe marmots and other animals of the mountain environment, before reaching a lovely viewpoint where you will eat your picnic.
Upon returning from your hike, your guide will take you to your accommodation and you can take a well-deserved shower.
Day 2 -
Canyoning

A day in the water! After an early start, you'll head towards Spain to reach the lower section of the Miraval canyon, the perfect family canyon. The advantage is that the slides and jumps aren't mandatory; there's always a way around them.
Day 3 -
Rafting and Suspended Course

For your last day, you'll get back on the water in the morning with a rafting trip: a large inflatable boat where up to ten people can ride – laughter guaranteed! Then, in the afternoon, you'll experience the final thrills of your stay with the suspended course above the river. You'll alternate between rope bridges and zip lines. Depending on your skill level, different courses are available.

⛺️ Bivouac / Tent - Day 1
Located in Guchen, an authentic Pyrenean village in the Aure Valley, your accommodation is a former castle converted into a holiday center offering simple yet welcoming comfort. Most of the time you'll be handling the concierge duties. The on-site team is very friendly and goes out of their way to ensure you have the most enjoyable stay possible; the mountain atmosphere is truly convivial.

Located in Guchen, an authentic Pyrenean village in the Aure Valley, you'll find a former castle converted into a holiday center offering simple yet welcoming comfort. The friendly staff goes out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Rooms (for 2 to 5 people) can be shared with other guests; toilets and showers are located on the landing.
