You will begin with a snowshoe hike that will take you to an ideal viewpoint for the sunset.

You'll have worked up an appetite for the meal! Enjoy an aperitif with a glass of sweet Jurançon from an independent winemaker, followed by garbure (a hearty vegetable and meat stew), duck confit, potatoes à la salardaise (a potato and cheese dish), sheep's cheese from the Ossau Valley, and fruit. A good red wine, also from an independent winemaker, will accompany the meal, and you'll finish with coffee or herbal tea.
It's time to slide into your snow tipi!
A comfortable, simple, and charming shelter with sleeping accommodations for two (up to six people from the same family or group), pillows and blankets are provided. At 12 square meters and 2.75 meters high, the Tipi offers more freedom of movement than an igloo, but lacks the unique atmosphere of being in the snow. To each their own!
