The expert's opinion

The hikes offered take place on mountain trails with elevation gains of 600 to 800 meters, both uphill and/or downhill, without any particular technical difficulties. Expect approximately 5 to 6 hours of walking per day.

You'll hike with a light bag containing your essentials for the day (picnic, warm clothing, thermos, etc.) plus your safety equipment. You don't need to be an expert hiker to participate in this trip. You just need to be in good physical shape and not mind working up a sweat!

On this multi-day trip, if you experience a major slump or a minor, bothersome injury, it will exceptionally be possible to stop for a break with the support vehicle that will transfer your luggage to the next accommodation. This will allow you to recharge and set off again with renewed energy the following day!
