In the morning, the sailboat resumes its journey towards Šibenik.

Arriving via the Saint Anthony Canal is one of the most beautiful maritime entrances to Croatia. The cliffs gently close in, the Saint Nicholas fortress watches over the entrance to the port, and you discover a city steeped in history.

Šibenik has a different atmosphere from the more touristy seaside resorts. Here, the alleyways still live at a local pace. You can stroll up white stone staircases, discover hidden little squares and shaded terraces where time seems to stand still.

It is also a perfect stopover to enjoy a real Croatian evening: grilled fish, local olive oil, Dalmatian wine and sunset on the ramparts.

Welcome to the Kornati

From today onwards, everything changes.

The cities disappear behind the horizon and the Kornati archipelago takes over. Here, there is no noise, no traffic, almost no cell service. Only mineral islands, an infinitely transparent sea, and silence.

Smokvica is one of those anchorages that you remember for a long time.

The boat drops anchor in a sheltered cove with unreal colors. The afternoon unfolds simply: snorkeling, paddleboarding, reading on deck, or swimming to the rocks.

In the evening, the atmosphere becomes magical. A few discreet lights on the shore, dinner facing the sea and a sky full of stars like you hardly ever see anywhere else.

A day out of time

Levrnaka is often a favorite.

Lojena beach, with its white pebbles and turquoise water, looks like a Mediterranean postcard. The sailboat is anchored in a peaceful bay where everyone lives at their own pace.

Some people dive in as soon as they wake up.

Others enjoy a coffee overlooking the sea before setting off to explore the island on foot.

Time slows down completely.

This is the heart of the cruise: the moment when you forget about schedules and simply enjoy being there.

This day is a perfect blend of sailing, gastronomy and wild anchoring.

Lunch break in Žakan in a typically nautical atmosphere: a few sailboats at anchor, a stone terrace, freshly prepared fish and that strange feeling of being far from everything.

Then it's off to Kakan and its protected bay with incredibly clear waters.

The sunsets there are often spectacular.

Dinner is sometimes prepared directly on board: some local produce, Croatian wine, the last orange rays of the sun and the sound of cicadas in the background.

The gentle return to civilization

After several days in the wild islands, Primošten offers a gradual return to activity… but without losing the spirit of the cruise.

The old village built on its peninsula is one of the most photogenic in Croatia. The stone houses, narrow streets and vineyards that slope down to the sea create a unique atmosphere.

We are enjoying one last real festive evening here: cocktails on the terrace, a Dalmatian dinner, light music and a walk along the water.

The last anchorage

Before the final return, a last stop in Stari Trogir Bay allows the interlude to be extended a little longer.

Last bath.

Last lunch on board.

Last coffee with my feet in the water.

Then the sails turn towards Trogir. The conversations become quieter. Everyone watches one last time as the islands disappear behind the boat.

And as often happens after a week at sea… one idea keeps coming back to everyone's mind:

“When do we leave again?”
